Trike Tours

Airlie Beach Trike Tours will not be liable for direct or indirect incidental damages, including lost or damaged property, or disappointment.

Take personal belongings at own risk

Trike riding is an outdoor adventure activity.  Airlie Beach Trike Tours are not liable for damage to clothing.

  • Altering a Trike Tours Booking

    No changes permitted within 48 hours prior to your Tour.

    A $25/person rebooking fee is charged for ride date alterations prior to 48 hour period.

  • Failure to show

    You will lose the full cost of your Tour if you fail to show for your ride, no matter what the reason.  No refunds or ride rescheduling at the last minute. You may send someone else in your place, if you want.  Name of replacement rider must be given prior to Tour.

  • Mechanical, Staffing or Other Safety Conditions

    When conditions are deemed by Airlie Beach Trike Tours to be unsuitable or unsafe to proceed, then the Tour will be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled.  You will be notified ASAP after this decision is made.

    In the unfortunate event that a ride must be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled due to any factor, Airlie Beach Trike Tours will hold payment and offer alternative times or dates.  If you require a refund for a Tour, Airlie Beach Trike Tours has cancelled, a $15 admin fee per booking will apply.

    Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, and must be used by the ‘Use by’ Date.

  • Trike Tours Size and Weight Constraints

    For passenger comfort and safety, you must comply with size and weight limits for the vehicle.

    The combined two (2) passenger’s weight limit per vehicle is 220kg.  This is a legal requirement that can’t be exceeded. 

    Passengers must be able to fit on the seat with the safety bar secured, in order to comply with the size limit of vehicle.

    It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the Passenger fits in the seat prior to booking.  The distance between the seat back and the safety bar is 34cm’s. If any doubt contact 0417876 569 or email info@airliebeachtriketours.com.au to discuss options prior to booking.

    Failure to fit in the seat of the vehicle on commencement of the Tour will result in cancellation of the Tour.

Disabilities

The Vehicle is not wheelchair accessible. Passengers must be able to access the vehicle on their own.

Trike Tours Age Requirements

To comply with State Laws, passengers must be at least eight (8) years old.

Behaviour

No smoking on, or near the vehicle.

Consuming alcohol or illegal/illicit substances is strictly prohibited on or near the vehicle.

If a passenger appears to be affected by substance abuse or intoxicated, the Tour Operator may refuse to carry the passenger and the service for that passenger will be cancelled immediately.
